Our Journey
Founded in 2005 by Richard Cawson and Lance Pearson, Access began as a small operation with a big vision: to raise the standard of property maintenance services in New Zealand. Over the years, we’ve grown into a multi-division company known for our expertise, integrity, and personal approach.
- In 2017, we welcomed Gunac | Waterproofing Specialists, bringing over 40 years of waterproofing experience into our fold.
- In 2021, The Building Wash Company joined us, expanding our building wash and industrial abseiling capabilities.
- In 2024, we acquired Waikato Property Maintenance (WPM) and WayDgo Site Care Services, extending our reach and strengthening our local presence.
Today, our specialist divisions – Access Projects, Access Metal Roofing, and Access Property Maintenance – work together to deliver seamless, end-to-end property solutions.
