Ease of access to the property gutters, roof or balconies, we make sure there is no need to worry about muddy boots through your complex.
All of our truck and boom drivers are required to hold a valid class 2 and EWP license before machinery operations. You can be rest assured that only the experts will be in operations at your property.
Scissor lift
Here at The Building Wash Company we own our very own scissor lift. Operated by our fully licensed EWP drivers, like our cherry picker truck this allows us to access many hard to reach surfaces and platforms. With the added benefit of assisting us with internal warehouse and window cleaning.
