Our Waikato division recently completed a comprehensive transformation of the First Credit Union branch on Randolph Street in Rotorua.
This extensive project involved a total exterior overhaul, including a full longrun metal roof replacement, new internal gutter membranes, and a complete exterior repaint. To ensure modern accessibility, we constructed a new entrance ramp before turning our focus to a full internal fit-out.
The interior works featured the installation of new partition walls, a compliant firewall, and a two-way suspended ceiling, complemented by custom office and kitchen cabinetry and fresh commercial flooring.
To bring the facility up to peak operational standards, we also integrated completely new plumbing and drainage, a state-of-the-art security system, and a high-efficiency HVAC system, delivering a modern, secure, and functional space for the Credit Union team and their members.
